Each piece starts with a base of 316L surgical stainless steel — a super-strong, hypoallergenic metal that’s safe for sensitive skin and made to last. Then it’s coated using the 18K gold PVD process (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a fine layer of real gold is bonded to the steel in a vacuum chamber. This process makes the gold layer extra durable, long-lasting, and ultra shiny — far stronger than regular gold plating.
