Refund policy

At Nomar, each piece is made to order and personalized just for you.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nomarstudio.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Personalized Items

Nons-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of pruchase. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
