At Nomar, every piece is made with care and created specifically for each customer.

Because our jewelry is personalized and custom engraved, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

If your experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.

Please note:

  • Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Minor variations in engraving placement or photo appearance may occur due to the custom nature of each piece.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring photos and engraving details are submitted correclty before placing an order.
